Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our business, orders are typically ready for shipments within 3 to 4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are shipped via USPS by first class mail, priority mail, or express mail.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns.  Please be sure to check all spellings when placing an order.

For sanitary reasons hair bows are not returnable.

Sending a gift

A gift tag can be included in any order.  In the comments section at checkout, simply add the note you would like included.
